Final Sale Policy:

Due to the nature of the services and products that are provided, there are no returns or exchanges allowed.  All sales are final. 


Order Cancellation 

I may cancel your order for the reasons listed below.  If this is the case, you will receive a refund minus a 3.5% transaction fee to the original form of payment. 

  • If I don't receive your hair (for provide your own hair wigs, wig maintenance services, color services) within 30 days of your online order, your order will be cancelled.
  • If your mailing and shipping addresses do not match, your order will be cancelled. 


Shipping Terms:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  Please track your package and be prepared to have to sign for it when it arrives.  

All packages are shipped via USPS.  I recommend adding insurance to the shipping of your package so that if your package gets lost or is stolen, USPS will cover the cost of your package.  Naja Davis is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen during shipping.  It is the buyer's responsibility to add the optional insurance at checkout to ensure that USPS covers the cost of your package if something were to happen to it during shipping.  

For the Provide Your Own Hair wig options I suggest adding the amount of insurance that will cover the cost you paid for your hair PLUS the cost of having the wig made.  If you need coverage over $500 please email me at Info@WeInspireGrowth.com

Your shipping address and billing address MUST match.  If your shipping address does not match your billing address, your order will be cancelled.  

If you are eligible for free shipping, your order will be mailed with $50 worth of insurance via 2-5 business day shipping only.  If you wish to add more insurance and faster shipping, you must pay for shipping at the time of your order.   

Wig Classes

All sales are final.  No refunds on hands on wig classes or online wig classes.  If you need to reschedule your hands on class, please contact Naja via email Info@WeInspireGrowth.com.  You will be allowed to reschedule only 2 times; you will forfeit your deposit and/or payment if you reschedule or cancel more than twice.  Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
